Dakota White is a vigorous and hardy broiler that will be easier to manage than the traditional Cornish Cross. Butcher timing will be about 2 weeks later than Cornish Cross and 1 week earlier than Rustic White. They have great feed conversion and will be more active than Cornish Cross. These are a cross between a Hubard M77 male crossed with their new REDBRO Female. Both parents are fast feathering that results in a faster feathering broiler. We will not offer these sexed- they will be sold straight run only.
